The news is flooded with words like foreclosures, bursting housing bubbles, poor economy, etc.... What we need to remember is that the "National Housing Market" is not the typical market for Texas.
Texas has not experienced the housing market crisis that California and New York (for example) are experiencing. We are still building affordable homes and we have steady job growth (thanks to Toyota and AT&T to name a couple).
The time to sell is now!
Buyers are actively searching for their next home (or first home). FHA is still offering Zero Down Payment plans. When a Seller receives an offer from a pre-approved Buyer, chances are that the transaction will close quickly and smoothly.
